Accounting

• manages and monitors the accounts of customers (credit institutions, the central government, central banks, etc.) and the settlement of payments in the financial sector
• undertakes settlement and bookkeeping of transactions concerning Danmarks Nationalbank's foreign-exchange and bond portfolios, and the central-government debt
• prepares Danmarks Nationalbank's budgets and accounts
• undertakes bookkeeping on behalf of the central government in connection with management of the central-government debt
