4 July – official 200th anniversary day celebration
On the actual 200th anniversary day we held an official reception. We are very pleased that Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II accepted an invitation to participate along with members of the Danish government and other specially invited guests.

Her Majesty The Queen opened an interactive exhibition communicating Danmarks Nationalbank's tasks and objectives through games and activities.

At the reception, we also presented the anniversary publication "Danmarks Nationalbank 1818-2018", which tells the – sometimes dramatic – history of Danmarks Nationalbank in text and pictures.

12 October – Danmarks Nationalbank will be open on Culture Night
For the first time ever, Danmarks Nationalbank will be open on the Copenhagen Culture Night. Activities include guided tours and the opportunity to talk to some of the employees.
