Call for tenders completed

General contractor services
On 10 December 2020, Danmarks Nationalbank issued a tender for a general contractor services contract. Nine bids were received, three tenderers were prequalified, and on 1 July 2021 Danmarks Nationalbank awarded the contract to Totalrådgivergruppen EKJ – Rørbæk Møller.

Construction manager 1
On 9 July 2021, Danmarks Nationalbank issued a tender for construction management services. Three tenderers were prequalified, and on 15 December 2021, Danmarks Nationalbank announced that Sweco had been awarded Construction Management Contract 1 for Havnegade 5, 1093 Copenhagen K. With this call for tenders, Danmarks Nationalbank wanted to enter into a contract with a construction manager that will act as a strategic construction manager across all sub-assignments until the commencement of the construction work.

Temporary domicile

As of September 2020, Danmarks Nationalbank's employees have relocated to Langelinie Allé 47, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, where a building has been rented from ATP Ejendomme. This will serve as Danmarks Nationalbank's temporary domicile during the renovation of Havnegade.
