Payment Statistics 26 January – 1 February 2026

Danmarks Nationalbank publishes weekly reports on daily payment card transactions in Denmark, based on data from several payment card acquirers.

The statistics include information on the daily number and value of payment card transactions and cover both transaction types Point of Sale (typically physical trade) and Card Not Present (typically online trade) but exclude cash withdrawals. In addition, the statement contains information on whether the payment card is issued in Denmark or abroad.
