Yearly reporting only

Companies with financial balances with foreign entities must report these yearly to Danmarks Nationalbank. Financial balances with foreign counterparties must be reported as well as financial information on foreign consolidated entities.

Reporting deadlines

The reporting deadline for yearly reports is five months after the end of the financial year if the company is unlisted.
