Monthly and yearly reporting with additional information

Large companies with significant financial balances must report these to Danmarks Nationalbank on a monthly basis. In addition, some companies are asked to report additional information.


Reports

  • Monthly reporting of all financial balances (ERHVF)
  • Quarterly reporting of financial information on all consolidated entities (KFIU)
  • Yearly reporting of financial information on all consolidated entities (ERHVA)

Reporting deadlines

  • Monthly reports must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the 10th business day after the end of the relevant reporting month.
  • Quarterly reports must be submitted no later than two months after the end of the relevant quarter.
  • Yearly reports must be submitted no later than four months after the end of the financial year if the company is listed, and no later than five months after the end of the financial year if the company is unlisted.
