The securities statistics provide an overview of which securities Danish investors own, as well as who owns Danish‑issued securities. This makes it possible, among other things, to examine which countries and types of securities danish investors are holding.
In addition to information on securities holdnings in Denmark and abroad, the statistics contain detailed data on, among other things, holdings, transactions, and dividends in Danish securities. The statistics is therefore an important source for understanding how investors act in the Danish securities market. The statistics make it possible to examine who owns Danish shares as well as government and mortgage bonds — both at an aggregated level and at ISIN-level.
