Increased foreign ownership of floating-rate notes
In the past 12 months, investors abroad have increased their ownership of floating-rate mortgage bonds from 17 per cent to 24 per cent as of August 2025. This increase is driven by Danish-controlled investment funds abroad. On the other hand, there have been no significant changes in foreign ownership of fixed-rate callable mortgage bonds and adjustable-rate bonds.
