​Danmarks Nationalbank oversees the safety and efficiency of the financial infrastructure in Denmark. Danmarks Nationalbank and the DFSA have conducted a joint assessment of VP Securities A/S, VP, against international principles. The main conclusion is that the Danish system for safekeeping and settlement of securities is safe and efficient. VP observes most of the principles, and there are four recommendations to VP.
