Here you can download the submission form, which you must bring with you when you show up to hand in the notes at the agreed time:
You must fill out the form digitally and then print and bring it to your appointment.
If you have already completed and printed a form in connection with in-person registration, you only need to bring this form again together with the additional identification listed below. If this form has since been lost, you can simply download, complete and print a new form using the link above.
In addition, you must bring:
- Valid physical photo ID, e.g. passport, driver's license (driver's license app on the phone is not accepted) or a municipally issued ID card
- Valid address documentation, e.g. health card (app on phone accepted)
You can only redeem called notes up to the amount you have registered.
How to get money paid out
You can receive a maximum of DKK 5,000 in cash. Amounts over DKK 5,000 will only be paid to your bank account. We may also ask for documentation of where the cash originated from, regardless of the amount.
If the amount is DKK 20,000 or more, you must always bring documentation of the origin of the cash in physical form. If the money is to be paid to your bank account, you must also bring confirmation of the account, e.g. a payment card with the account number.
