Questions regarding a general information letter

Danmarks Nationalbank has sent a digital letter to all citizens about bank notes that will become invalid. It’s part of an information campaign in Denmark and Greenland. Danmarks Nationalbank is appealing to all citizens to check whether they have banknotes that will become invalid after 31 May 2025.

What does the letter say?

Why can't I open the letter?

The reson can be that you have left Denmark and no longer can open Digital Post from Denmark.

How do I unsubscribe from Digital Post?

If you have already left Denmark and wish to be exempt, we recommend you to cantact the Danish local municipality where you lived while staying in Denmark to apply for an exemption.
