Danmarks Nationalbank and FOREX are currently sending out emails to citizens and businesses whose requests for the submission of banknotes have been registered before the deadline of 31 May 2026.
By email, you can book an appointment to redeem the notes in the period June to September.
The booking is done through a booking system called Gecko booking.
You can only book an appointment if you are registered with Danmarks Nationalbank and FOREX in advance. As a rule, you can only book the appointment via the link you have received in the email from us - and you must use your email and your case number to access the appointments.
If you are digitally exempt, or if you are unable to show up at the drop-off point in person, you must contact FOREX on tel. 88 18 00 00.
